April/May Scholarships

Action Playmaker Scholarship
The PlayMaker Action Sports Medicine Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance for High School graduates who are legal residents of Texas and are in need of financial aid in order to pursue post high school education. You need not be planning to attend a college or university as the scholarship is also open to those who will be attending a technical/trade school, commercial college, community/junior college or the like. See Mrs. Myers for application.

JG Digital Market
The goal of this scholarship is to provide a low barrier scholarship that is simply to help a student obtain their educational goals. 
This scholarship is available for anyone who is attending college next fall. This applies to both community college and university-bound students. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required along with a 300-500 word essay (topic found on our website). All applicants must submit by April 30th.

First National Bank of Aspermont 2018 Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded each spring to a graduate(s) from Aspermont High School. There will be a total of $5,000 in scholarships awarded each year a deserving graduate(s). See Mrs. Myers for application.
Deadline: May 1.
Scurry, Stonewall, Kent County Farm Bureau
The Voice of Agriculture
Competition is open to all Scurry, Stonewall and Kent County High School graduates. Family income is not to be a consideration. There will be up to $4,000 that will be distributed in the form of one or more scholarships. See Mrs. Myers for application.
Deadline: May 16.


4 scholarships for $2,000 each will be awarded to students pursuing an automotive themed major. Two scholarships will be awarded every spring semester, followed by two additional scholarships to be awarded for the fall semester each year. Deadline June 15
